CRMRaptor: Integrated Solution for Ticket Upgrades

CRMRaptor is our preferred solution for handling paid ticket upgrades for EventRaptor users. Key features and benefits include:

  • Multiple payment processing options: Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, NMI

  • Fully customizable landing pages: A full-featured page builder with advanced desktop/mobile responsive design, countdown widget, forms, checkout, and much more.

  • Seamless integration: CRMRaptor works smoothly with EventRaptor, streamlining the process for both you and your attendees.

  • Comprehensive CRM capabilities: CRMRaptor is an all-in-one CRM system, making it easy to manage registration, email automation, and ticket sales, so you can follow-up and sell to your attendees.

  • No additional cost: As part of your EventRaptor subscription, CRMRaptor is included at no extra cost.

  • Affiliate tracking & payments: CRMRaptor has an affiliate system built in. Unlike ThriveCart, you can add affiliates without your affiliate having to register themselves in the system.

With power comes complexity - we do provide training and support for creating your checkout page; make sure you allocate some time for the initial setup and building of your page, as you would need with any other system.

CRMRaptor's flexibility and comprehensive features make it an excellent choice for managing paid ticket upgrades.

ThriveCart: A Viable Alternative for Ticket Upgrades

is another option for handling paid ticket upgrades. Though it's our second choice, it offers several benefits:

  • ThriveCart supports Stripe and PayPal.

  • Customizable checkout pages: Design checkout pages that match your event branding, enhancing the user experience.

  • Integration with EventRaptor: While not as seamless as CRMRaptor, ThriveCart can still be integrated with EventRaptor, providing a relatively smooth process for attendees.

If you choose to use ThriveCart, know that we are able to fully integrate with their affiliate tracking and payment system.

Note: if you choose to use the ThriveCart affiliate system, your affiliates must register themselves in the system as an affiliate of yours in order to connect PayPal as a method of being paid. With CRMRaptor you can instead use the Mass Payment option which does not require prior registration.

Using a Different Solution for Ticket Upgrades

If you already have a preferred solution for handling ticket sales, you can use it in conjunction with EventRaptor.

Once registrants upgrade their tickets, we can direct them to your VIP page for the event.

While this approach may require additional setup and maintenance, it allows you to use your existing tools and processes.

Our Recommendation

In summary, CRMRaptor is our top recommendation for EventRaptor users who need to handle paid ticket upgrades, offering seamless integration and comprehensive CRM capabilities at no extra cost.

ThriveCart is a viable alternative, providing flexible payment options and customizable checkout pages, but may require more work to integrate.

Finally, using your existing ticketing solution is also an option, as long as you're willing to manage the integration process. Evaluate your needs and resources to determine the best approach for your event.
