Speaker submitted multiple applications to speak

There are cases where you or another Summit host would want a speaker to appear multiple times at your Summit. For instance, they could be a co-host or a strategic partner, providing multiple instances of content for your audience. Because of this, we allow speakers to submit multiple applications to the same Summit.

When a speaker submits multiple applications they do receive a warning that they have already applied for the Summit in order to reduce duplicate submissions, as well as a link to edit their previous application in case this is what they were looking to achieve.

If a speaker submits duplicate applications, all you need to do is "Decline" one of the submissions - or just leave it as "Pending".
