# How do I email my Summit Speakers?

You can get information, including email addresses, of everyone who has submitted a Speaker Application for your Summit.

Click on "Speakers" under the "Sessions" submenu - from there, you can download a CSV file with information from each of the Applicants. You can use a program like Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or upload the file to Google Sheets to view it.

From there, you can copy the email addresses from each of the speakers and either email them directly, or add then to a separate CRM system to keep track of them.

**Note: the ability to email Speakers through EventRaptor is an upcoming feature that is not released yet.**
